We will liaise with all potential tenants and respond to all queries. We will arrange and attend viewings thereby taking the stress away from you.
We will collect and monitor references from all tenants to ensure that you have the peace of mind that all checks have been carried out. Our references are carried out by our professional referencing company HomeLet
and will include a credit check as well as employer and former landlord references.
Once references have been returned to our satisfaction, we will arrange for contracts to be signed. We will collect the deposit and first month’s rent accordingly.
In addition, we will advise you on your statutory obligations regarding EPCs, Gas Safety Inspections & Tenancy Deposit Scheme.
In addition to all of the above, we will:
- carry out quarterly inspections
