His vast expertise and experience in property throughout Northern Ireland and County Donegal over the past 27 years, has provided an excellent foundation for the success of his business.

Kirby has over 15 years experience in the property market and is widely recognized as a highly skilled valuer and negotiator, specializing in the sale of prestigious properties in Belfast, Co Antrim and Co Down.

Kirby began her career with the Halifax before joining Gerry O'Connor in 1995. She is responsible for the Stranmillis Branch and has a key role in the service provided to property developers and the New Developments Division.

Mark Stevenson joined Gerry O'Connor Estate Agents as a business partner in Gerry O'Connor Financial Services in April 2004. Mark has extensive financial services background with leading institutions including Halifax PLC, Alliance & Leicester, First Trust Bank & Johnston Campbell Partnership. Mark offers a free financial advice service including Mortgages, Pensions, Investments and Estate Planning for Inheritance Tax.

Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Approaching every sale with integrity and enthusiasm, Charles is passionate about the resale market and has been involved in the marketing and selling of a number of prominent properties. He is also active in property rental and management.

Shane joined GOC Estate Agents in 2009 and is a graduate of the Unversity of Ulster with a BSc(hons) in Property Investment and Development. Shane is also a porbationery member of the RICS and came to us with a valuable experience gained in his placement year of sales, lettings and property management.

Rental Valuer

Danny has recently graduated from the University of Ulster with an honours degree in Building Surveying and joins GOC Estate Agents as a rental valuer. Danny’s keen interest in all aspects of property and detailed knowledge of their construction adds strength to the experienced team. The expanding rental department enables Danny to inspect, value and rent all types of property. Danny’s outgoing and friendly approach to his clients are a welcome attribute to the company.

Finance and Rental Manager

Nichola joins GOC as a finance manager who also oversees the already successful rental management department. Nichola brings a wealth of experience from her previous senior management role and as a member of the Institute of Accounting Technicians Ireland.
