Kirby has over 12 years experience in the property market and is widely
recognized as a highly skilled valuer and negotiator, specializing in the sale of
prestigious properties in Belfast, Co Antrim and Co Down.
Kirby began her career with the Halifax before joining Gerry O'Connor in 1995. She is responsible for
the Stranmillis Branch and has a key role in the service provided to property developers and the New
Developments Division.

Samuel is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents. His focus is very much on resale homes and brings a wealth of knowledge of new developments from inception to completion.
